British Airways: How many bookings to expect for the next season?
As part of my virtual data science internship program with British Airways, I had the opportunity to step into the shoes of a British Airways team member and complete tasks that replicate the work that their Data Science team does every day, therefore learning how to scrape customer review data and building predictive models.
The first part of the project consisted in web scraping tasks to gain customer insights. This also included data cleaning, text classification and results' visualization.
The second task concerned the prediction of customers' buying behaviors, therefore using data manipulation, analysis, and visualization along with machine learning prediction algorithms, namely the random forest algorithm.

The GBOAT: What is the greatest book of all times?
All my life I have been a mixture of science and art. Despite having chosen to pursue my studies in a scientific field, my passion for literature has never ceased to grow.
For this first data integration project, I chose a topic close to my heart: books. The goal behind my work is to find the GBOAT: the greatest book of all times.
The project consists in finding a software solution to integrate the data collected after cleaning and transforming it, and using a business intelligence dashboard to bring together reports and graphs summarizing the findings in a simple-to-understand and unified manner.

The Time Travel Machine is a website that aims to make travelling easier for the customer, by taking care of the whole travelling experience: destination, transport, accommodation...
It also makes the dream of living in an old era possible. All in all, it offers customers the ultimate travelling experience.
